Acuant biometrics and document authentication solution prioritized for FedRAMP JAB approval

Acuant’s biometrics and identity management software have been prioritized for authorization by the U.S. Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB).

The company is seeking Moderate Provisional Authority to Operate (P-ATO) from the FedRAMP JAB for its AssureID Connect, Ozone document reading and facial recognition system, and FaceID government biometric SaaS with passive liveness detection. Acuant jointly refers to the solutions as ‘COFRS’ in the announcement.
